Your
scooter is your responsibility. You must inspect your scooter after the
sale to make sure there is not a problem before riding it! In addition, it
is your responsibility to perform regular maintenance on your scooter such as
changing the oil, tightening the screws/bolts, keeping air in the tires, and
making regular checks to make sure your scooter is working properly. A
scooter is like a car, when you buy it, you must maintain it or you will begin
to have problems with it! We would also like to inform you that vibration
is the MAJOR cause of scooter problems with lack of maintenance.
Therefore, if you want to get the best performance for your money, make sure you
do your part. The warranty covers mechanical defects
ONLY not air in tires, loose screws, or lack of oil due to your
negligence. If you buy a car and never put oil in it or air in the tires
the manufacture will not fix it for free under warranty because the problem is
your fault not the manufactures or the retailers. The same goes for
a scooter!
Furthermore, electric scooters have a time limit for being charged. You
can not exceed this time or you will burn out your charger and/or ruin your
scooter. We remind you to read the instructions that come with your
scooter to see the correct charging time and NOT exceed that time. If you
burn out your charger, it is not our responsibility and you will be required to
purchase a new one or pay for the repair of the scooter if needed. Again,
your negligence is NOT covered under warranty!
Finally, each city has its own laws regarding the use of scooters. It’s
your responsibility to check with the Secretary of State to determine your
city’s specific laws. It's not possible for us to know the laws of every
city!
